I attended Andre's FitRetreat in February and cannot say enough great things about the experience. The fitness sessions were well coordinated to provide a variety of types of cardio and weight training exercises, including kickboxing, interval training, snowshoeing, pool workout, and weight training (we even had an impromptu snow shoveling session as a result of a big snowstorm the first night of the retreat - that was the most fun I've ever had shoveling snow I must say).

I recently attended one of his fitness retreats in Tahoe and it was amazing. In this retreat Andre helped us set goals for ourselves and helped us make a plan in order to achieve these goals. The retreat was a variation of different working out classes for example yoga, cardio,bootcamp, etc all classes very well programmed. The best part was we had a personal chef that made daily delicious yet very healthy meals, which she shared the recipe with us to do at home. The retreat was a total of five days in which these days I was able to lose 10 POUNDS. I was super happy not only did I achieve weight-loss goals but I was able to change a lot of negative things in my life style.

Dre is the answer to your problem if you're trying to get in shape or lose weight. This guy hasn't failed me once. I'm not self motivated when it comes to going to the gym and my job isn't very active so it's easy for me to get out of shape. Luckily I got this guy to train me, he knows my limit so I don't get discourage and quit. The exercise routines never get boring and repetitive, he always switches it up. Guys simply the best! See you tomorrow man!
